Instructions for Blogging

This post is the first post you will do as part of your class participation every week.  So let me explain some of the rules & requirements for posting.

1st Rule

- All comments on posts are due on Sunday at 11:59pm, this is NOT an optional assignment.

2nd Rule

- All comments on posts are due on Sunday at 11:59pm. No exemptions, you will have on average six days to complete each assignment.

3rd Rule

-  Do not use short hand writing,  this is not texting or emailing your friends.  I would suggest you write your comment on word and then copy and paste onto the blog.

4th Rule

- Read the articles or see the entire video before making a comment.

5th Rule

While you might disagree with a classmates opinion, please be respectful. Any foul language will only earn you a zero.   

6th  Rule

Any questions about the blog should be sent ASAP to my email (aserra01@sisd.net), or if you have time before the deadline be sure to consult with me during class.

  5. My expectations for this Government class is to have a better understanding of the politics that govern this nation. Also how the overall changes affect society and how it may affect my future as a productive and law abiding citizen. Not to forget to have a passing grade so I can graduate.

    My expectations for Government class this year is to learn and understand our government and other different governments like their similarities and differences. I hope i actually understand it and get a passing grade.

  8. I expect to learn the way the government works and how decisions are made. I would also expect to learn how a group of people can keep the nation running.

  12. Well my expectations for this government course is just to learn all the materials that is taught. Also hopefully I can learn how to elaborate on what government really is instead of putting some nonsense.

  13. My expectations for his course is to know and learn all i need to learn of how to break the system or to benefit me in making a change in the system itself. I hope it will teach me how to start a revolution to liberate our unalienable rights for everyone to keep a friendly natural balance. By the end of this course i hope it has taught me enough to understand the government and everything that keeps the government on top of the "pyramid".

  18. Well first off I hope this government class is fun. My history class last year was fun so I'm hoping this one will be better since we don't have to worry about taking TAKS. I would want to learn more about the other kinds of government in the world. I enjoy learning about other parts of the world and the way they are ran.

  19. I expect to better understand the three branches of our government, as well as the many governments from the world's history. Given that TAKS is no longer taking up space in the carriculum, im excited to see what i can learn in the world of politics.
